A forthnightly meditation program

90 minutes fortnightly session of 20-30 minutes silence meditation, 40 minutes discourse on spiritual subjects application and discussion of the subjects before ending the session with guided of meditation.

Objective

“To learn to understand harmonious way of living by finding balance between the voice of the heart and the voice of the mind”

The path of meditation combined with spiritual understanding that can be incorporated into our everyday living will help us to find options in seeking the balance of conflicting demands of modern lifestyle. These lead us to greater understanding of the relationship between men to men, men to nature, and men to heaven.

The sessions consist of guided in various forms of meditation techniques, followed by short discourse of practical applications of spiritual understanding and techniques (the way of the heart and the way of the mind) to achieve balance and harmony in everyday living. The sessions designed to help participants to created life transformation which will lead to inner fulfilment and the discovery of individual life purpose through the subjects:

  • The purpose of meditation – Distribution of life force energy and to identify then letting go so the new can begin
  • Opening the heart to LOVE
  • Intuition – trusting the inner voice
  • Macro-micro cosmos relationship

4 PM – 6 PM: ”SHARING” Healing and intuitive reading services

Description:   Sharing/exchange skills such as intuitive/psychic readings & healing at a small cost where all the proceeds will be donated to charity/orphanage.  The objective of this is to practice and share our skills and empower each other while doing it for a good cause.

Cost per service/reading: SGD $10-$30 (for orphanage)

For me learning this method of meditation has been a key to un-locking a new sense of consciousness and a way to discovering a spiritual path within. This unique method helped me discover a more clairvoyant state of mind. I gained a way to find peace within myself when outside circumstances become too over whelming. After sometimes practicing this type of meditation with conscious understanding I have been gradually able to see my life situation as the manifestation of those that I created and those that being enforced to me from my environment especially in the aspects of moral, parental guidance, and work environment. I am now understood that we see some event; we will only see what we can accept. This severely limits the truth of the world that I live in, the problem being that I the world ‘I’ live in not the world ‘we; live in, we share this world with all sentient beings, therefore it should be not what ‘i’ see, but what ‘we’ see. Our parents instil values with which we view and accept the world around us. This is not incorrect in itself, but we must understand that all persons are created different, even parents and children. What our parents learn is a goal to understand but a greater goal is to understand what they learnt from all points of view, evolution. Meditation can bring all things together be they outside forces or inside. We must be one with all to be able to truly understand what our role is and what the role of our creation is. To make quiet the inside and bring the outside in will bring a truer value of that which we can see. This will create the truth of all existence within the universe and a greater awareness of ourselves.

Practicing this conscious meditation helping me to accepted that sometimes things happen in my life because they do meant to happen and not because life is hard or we are the victims of people mistakes. It help me to develop my feel of things instead of just thinking about things which in turned help me to communicate better to other people. Through learning and practicing conscious meditation I have discovered its benefit such as:

  1. After the 1st 5 days of 15 minutes meditation I began to notice that I had a lot more energy and also increase confidence.
  2. After practicing approx an hour a day I have experienced a strange sensation in my chi centre, followed by which then manifest as peaceful and joyful feeling for no apparent reason toward myself and my immediate environment or happy to be alive.
  3. I have also becoming more focus that enables me to retain information better.
